Rising Sun’s Rebranding! 

Our name, Rising Sun Energy Center, has been with us since our founding in 1994. We’ve had a lot of great success under this name and have made a real impact in the communities we serve, providing training and jobs in the clean economy to over 2,000 youth and low-income adults. But now it’s time for a new name that truly captures our work of creating opportunities for those who need them most.  We feel that Rising Sun Center for Opportunity truly embodies our mission to empower individuals to achieve environmental and economic sustainability for themselves and their communities. This name change is part of a larger rebranding process, which will take place over the next few months as we transition our digital assets to our new name and logo. You may notice a soft launch of our new logo and name but our official launch date is on January 30th, 2019, which is when we will launch our new website and our partners will receive access to our new digital files. We want to thank all of you for your patience and support as we shift into our new brand.
