The Associate Director of Impact and Learning is a results-oriented learner and leader who holds Rising Sun’s vision to use data to manage program performance, improve outcomes and increase overall impact. The position is charged with improving the organization’s existing program models by proactively providing data and analysis that helps Rising Sun manage the performance of outcomes and service delivery.

Chief Program Officer

The Chief Program Officer (CPO) will oversee Rising Sun’s workforce development program portfolio, leading the vision, strategy, design, execution, evaluation, and enhancement of all programs across regions alongside three strong program directors and their teams. The CPO will ensure alignment between programming, strategy, financial resources, and organizational mission, vision, values, and goals. Balancing strategic leadership with hands-on partnership, the CPO will work closely with the CEO, program directors, frontline staff, external partners, program participants, and funders.

Outreach Coordinator

Climate Careers Central Valley (Temporary)

The Outreach Coordinator (OC) is responsible for supporting the outreach team to generate client leads and book appointments as part of a regional grassroots outreach campaign. This position is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals looking to increase their community outreach, marketing, and communication experience. Climate Careers targets populations that include low to moderate-income residents, seniors, renters, and non-native English speakers. Strategies include tabling at events and presentations to community groups. The Outreach Coordinator will report directly to Rising Sun’s Outreach Manager, Central Valley.

Outreach Manager, Climate Careers Bay Area

Rising Sun seeks an Outreach Manager to support the success of the Climate Careers program in the Bay Area. The Outreach Manager reports directly to the Senior Community Engagement Manager and helps supervise a team of temporary staff. In addition, the Outreach Manager works closely with the Regional Managers and collaboratively with the Climate Careers team to accomplish the goals of the Climate Careers program.

Program Associate, Opportunity Build

Rising Sun Center for Opportunity is hiring a Program Associate to support the Opportunity Build team. This position is responsible for entering, tracking and analyzing participant data, supporting classroom management, and coordinating program events. The Program Associate reports directly to the Director of Opportunity Build  and works closely with the Opportunity Build team.
