If you qualify to receive any of the appliances listed, we will cover 100% of the costs associated with purchasing a more efficient replacement—including any labor and installation expenses.*

What appliance upgrades does Rising Sun offer?

We currently offer the following upgrades to qualifying applicants:

  • Ceiling fans
  • Dishwashers
  • Electric commutated blower motors (ECM)
  • Electric dryers
  • Electric heat pump water heaters
  • Electric stovetops/ovens/ranges
  • Refrigerators
  • Smart thermostats
  • Thermostatic shower valves (TSV)
  • Toilets
  • Washing machines
  • Water heater blankets

If you would like to schedule an in-person appointment outside of these hours, please email or call the number below. Our team is not always in the office. We are located at: 445 W.   • Leave a voicemail at (209) 890-4341 ext. 301 for the appliance program team and/or schedule a Green House Call during the summer. Our Climate Careers youth can fill out your application for you!
